ACCOUNT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
To achieve set sales target.
To manage and grow existing customers base and build new businesses.
To service customers and manage their expectations, in accordance with
company’s culture and customers’ needs.
To monitor relevant market competitive environment and feedback to the
management speedily and respond to the market changes proactively and
effectively.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum “O” level or equivalent.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and presentation
skills.
Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills.
Be able to effectively communicate with customers.
Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
Some sales experience preferred.
Exposure in travel/airline industry preferred but not essential.
PROGRAMMER
RESPONDSIBILITIES To develop and implement new, as well as maintain
existing applications for in-house users. Develop programs to generate business reports.
REQUIREMENTS Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent Minimum 2-3 yrs working experience in application
development, programming and maintenance Proficient in Visual Basic 6, Seagate Crystal Report
Design and Development (v8 and above), Microsoft
Access and Microsoft Excel programming Experience in Databases (Oracle and MS-SQL) and SQL
query Knowledge in HTML and XML is a plus
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
